Chris Strom founded ClearPivot in 2009 to address an increasingly urgent need for businesses: the increasing importance digital marketing channels, and the confusion and lack of understanding in many businesses of how to harness the new opportunities brought on by these changes. Bonus fact: Chris is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.

Monica is our senior consultant that governs and manages the execution of inbound marketing deliverables across our B2B and B2C clients. Drawing from her unique background with 8 years of experience, Monica executes as a growth marketing consultant which includes, but not limited to, marketing, inbound marketing, advertising, go-to-marketing strategies, HubSpot growth-stack implementation, project management, HubSpot CRM training, and implementation and sales and marketing alignment, both consulting and training.
Courtney’s background is in real estate, finance and marketing. She’s a proud mom to five amazing kids and love raising them in beautiful Colorado. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, being outdoors and travelling the world with her family.
Danielle is an Idaho Vandal alum living in the heart of Denver. Since she graduated with dual degrees in Public Relations and Political Science in 2011, she has been honing her skills in the realm of digital marketing and public relations for a wide variety of industries and organizations. When she is not in the office, she can usually be found hiking with her husband and fur-children, running, or heartily cheering on the Denver Broncos and San Antonio Spurs.
Alexandra is a graduate of George Washington University, a New York City native, and a resident of Denver since early 2017. She has honed her digital marketing skills at several ad agencies, getting the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. When she isn't working she is teaching yoga, hiking with her boyfriend and dog, or enjoying all that the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer.
Karoline grew up in Southwest Florida and made her way to Denver recently to grow her digital marketing career. She is a graduate of Florida State University, Go Noles! Karoline has experience in the IT and Marketing worlds. She also is a Hubspot Guru and focuses on their training and knowledge of inbound marketing, and helping others understand and execute these best practices. In her free time, Karoline enjoys exploring Colorado, hiking with her 2 dogs, and traveling.
Tara is obsessed with making things and even more obsessed with making things better. She has been creating since she found her passion for art and drawing at 5 years old. After graduating from Kansas State University in 2013, she’s been actively involved in the digital art community with skills ranging from graphic/web design, video, animation and photography. With over 5 years experience in the agency and freelance world, Tara continues to grow her skills and love for all forms of art and challenges herself everyday for the next big project.
Ellen enjoys managing financial records, and keeps all of ClearPivot's finances in order. We would be sunk without her! When she's not whipping ClearPivot's books into shape, Ellen enjoys spending time with her grandsons Josiah and Isaiah, playing flute and handbells, and doing Jazzercise.
While serving as a site administrator in 2006, Seth realized the power of what would soon be known as “social media”. Setting his sights on infusing himself in this ecosystem he began work at ClearPivot in 2011. He is currently completing his PhD in Communication Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi where his dissertation is focused on how individuals perceive native advertising as real news.
